1997 Girardot, Colombia: First tandem jump with the special Colombian Army Forces “Lanceros” in Girardot, Colombia during the golf tournament, Matamoros in the Condominio Campestre el Peñón.
2002 Apr. 5 Okeechobee, Florida, USA: First AFF Jump in Skydive America. Two weeks later completed the 8 AFF levels without failing any.
2002 May Clewiston, Florida, USA: Receives license  A-USPA.
2002 July Clewiston, Florida, USA: Receives skydiving license B-USPA.
2002 Dec. Ibagué, Colombia : Participates in Air festival in Ibagué Colombia as part of the skydiving exhibition.
2003 May Clewiston, Florida, USA: Couplets the last requisite to fly a Wing Suit, Receives skydiving license C-USPA .
2003 July Zephyrhills, Florida, USA: Under the wing of Bird Man Chief Instructor Chuck Blue qualifies the Wing Suit first jump course
2004 Zephyrhills, Florida, USA: is recruited as part of the skydiving team known as Z Flock.
2005 Oct. Twin Falls, Idaho USA: Under the wing of world famous BASE Jumper   Miles Daisher from the Red Bull Air force, he learns how to BASE Jump.
2005 Dec. Flandes, Colombia: First person to fly a Wing Suit in Colombian territory.
2006 Apr. Zephyhills, Florida USA: Attends the Flock and Dock boogie, during this boogie the Z-Flock sets a new unofficial record of 51 non specific Wing Suit formation. Only Colombian at this record. 
2006 Jun. Cocuy, Colombia: Organizes the first BASE expedition in the mountains of the National park El Cocuy. The first Cliff Jump in Colombia takes place.
2006 Jul. Sta Marta, Colombia: Participates in the exhibition jumps for the Fiestas del Mar in Santa Marta, Colombia. First person to fly a Wing Suit in Santa Marta Colombia, setting a new unofficial record for distance.
2006 Sep. Fayetteville, WV USA: Assist to the annual event Bridge Day. Becomes the first Colombian BASE Jumper to perform a triple Gainer, first Colombian BASE Jumper to jump a round canopy on a BASE Jump.
2006 Nov. Lodi, CA USA: World class Wing Suit pilot Ed Pawlowski from West Cost Wing Suits certifies Jhonathan as the first Wing Suit Instructor for Colombia.
2006 Dec. Maratón Key, FL USA : Performs a new stunt by adding the Colombian Flag to the bottom part of his wing suit, becomes the first person in the world to fly a flag and a wing suit.
2007 Feb. Panaca Armenia, Colombia: Participates in an exhibition jump in PANACA for the multinational company MATEL. In this jump he plays the role of “Elementor” MAX Steel’s nemesis.
2007 Dec. Bogotá, Colombia: Local producer for the Discovery Channel TV show “Free Fall”, featuring Cliff Ryder, Miles Daisher & Shane McConkey from the Red Bull Air force. Colombia is chosen as the location for the first episode. In this episode the highest building in Colombia, the Colpatria Tower is jumped.
2008 Nov. Elsinore, CA USA: Participates in the unofficial record for the largest slot specific wing suit formation. In this occasion the participants achieve a 71 wing suit slot specific formation. (only Colombian at this record)
2009 June Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland: First Colombian to make a BASE Jump in Switzerland

• First Colombian to make a Wing Suit BASE Jump.
• First Colombian to make a night Wing Suit BASE Jump.
• First Colombian to make a Proximity Wing Suit flight.
• First Colombian to Back fly during a Wing Suit BASE Jump.
• 9 way from a Cliff.
• Sets an unofficial record for the Swiss Valley of the most jumps in one day (using only one rig, packing all the jumps and with no transportation); 10 jumps one day.
• First Colombian to jump from the Eiger.

2009 Aug. 25 Twin Falls, Idaho USA: Performs a BASE Jump and then does an intentional Cut-Away and a gainer before entering the water. Performs a new exit move named “The Jumping Beam”.
2009 Aug. Auburn, California USA: Officially sponsored by the BASE Manufacturer, Asylum Designs.
2009 Aug. Lauterbrunnen, Switzerland: Team Ill Vision becomes the first people to perform a 9 way slot specific formation while BASE Jumping.
2009 Aug. Dent De Crolles, France: Jhonathan and Team Ill Vision travel to France to test their skills and conquer a jump named Dent De Crolles.  This jump is considered by many as the Holy Grail of wing suit flight and is where the best pilots test their skills. At an impressive 6,000 feet, this jump is made especially challenging by a cut at the middle by a “plateau.” The flyer then has to out fly this plateau and fly through a gorge.  It is not common for people to clear this jump in their first flights. Jhonathan clears this jump in his first try and for his second flight does a 2 way with Avery Badenhop, the legend.
2009 Oct. Fayetteville, USA: Participates in Bridge Day, on this occasion performs a new exit move, they name it the “96 Jail Break”.
2009 Nov. Lake Elsinore, USA: The parameters to judge wing suit records are accepted by the USPA. Representing Colombia and next to Team Ill Vision Jhonathan participates in an official 68 way formation, setting a new official World Record.
2009 Nov. Petaluma, Ca. The movie “Bideo Uno” Directed and Edited by Jhonathan Florez featuring Team Ill Vision is awarded first place in SRJC film festival.
2009 Nov. San Francisco, Ca. “Bideo Uno” is awarded first place at the Norcal Free Flight Film Festival.
2009 Dic 31, Medellin Colombia, Becomes the first person in Colombian to make a Wing Suit BASE Jump from a paraglider.
2010 May 11, Petaluma Ca. “Bideo Uno” debuts at the International Petaluma Film Festival sharing the big screen with Oscar, Cannes and Sundance nominated directors and awarded shorts.
2010 Aug. Lodi, Ca, USA, Participate in the all Phoenix Fly Wing suits models flight. He was the person leading the flock in a Tracking Suit and was able to achieve sub 80mph fall rate.
2010 Aug, Medellin, Colombia, Jhonathan is sponsord by the Colombian governmental sport agency Indeportes Antioquia.
2010 Jul. Innfjorden, Norway, Classify in the 32 slots available on the BASE race. Pass to second round of the eliminatory and was able to achieve 8 place overall as the 8th fastest flying human.

2006 Jun, Cali, Colombia: Working for TBWA produces the first BASE Jump commercial in Colombia.
2006 July Bogota, Colombia: Appears in the Colombian TV Show “El Mundo segun Pirry”. During this episode takes place  behind the scenes of the first BASE Jump in Colombia and the exhibition jumps in las fiestas del Mar en Santa Marta, Colombia.
2006 Dec. Bogota, Colombia: Becomes the anchor man of a new sport section of Canal Caracol name “Caracol Al Limite” This section generates high ratings.
2007 Jan. Buenos Aires, Argentina : Participates in the TV Show “Fear Factor.”
2007 Feb. Panaca Armenia, Colombia : Performs an exhibition jump for a children audience, this stunt was transmitted in direct by Caracol and their TV show “Club 10.” In this jump performed the role of “Elementor”, “Max’s Steel’s” nemesis, for the international toy company “Mattel.”
2007 July Bogota, Colombia: Interview for the TV Show “EM2.”
2007 Dec. Bogota, Colombia: Local Producer for the Discovery Channel TV Show “Free Fall”  an international production crew of 16 people including athletes, producers, photographers, directors and videographers  went around Colombia for 11 days, capturing the adventures of BASE Jumpers.
2007 Dec. Bogota, Colombia : Does a live phone interview for the respected radio show La FM Colombia, in this interview they talk about some of the BASE technicalities of the Colpatria BASE Jump.
